JMHO based on the form 206B Application For Change of Company Status Company From Public to Pty filed by HOLLOMAN MINERALS LIMITED today with ASIC and the appointment of Geoffrey Frank BRAYSHAW as Secretary and Director as at 30/10/2007 more of the pieces of the puzzle all falling into place for major changes to take place at RMG sooner than later.
IMHO this is all looking very good. Time will tell very soon.

It seems that RMG/Holloman et al are adding some additional strength to the borad(s) and JMHO this move will add additional credibility to the picture.
I have acquired the HOLLOMAN MINERALS LIMITED ASIC Document filed today and found the following ( I can only assume that the other companies documents filed today state the same changes, as EMMA BACCI was company Secretary with all the related Holloman companies ) :
EMMA BACCI has resigned as Secretary and Director as at 30/10/2007; and that
Geoffrey Frank BRAYSHAW was appointed as Secretary and Director as at 30/10/2007
