My strong belief is if the refinery financing is locked in along with off-take agreement to fast track refinery construction, we will eventually see KDR market surpasses PLS's mc sometime around mid-2019 which at that time could easily be more than $3 billion for PLS.

HNY @Tran mate lets not forget the Blue Ocean report is based upon JORC128mt, KDR is working towards a resource upgrade approx end 1st Qtr 2018 and if you read carefully their strategic target is actually $5.00

this report will be re-calibrated after resource upgrade, i think you are being too conservative in your post, it could easily double in my mind......
