Personally, I'm sick of seeing these crazy remuneration packages which the shareholders end up paying for. They have already lined their pockets with our money so where's the performance incentive? Often they only stick around for a few years, grab the money and onto the next one. Bonuses should be tied to the share price, not just given shares.
