    On the 8th of Nov 07 Monarch announced it would do a capital consolidation on a 1 share for every 3 held.

    It intends to do this before listing on the Toronto Exchange...

    Generally when we see an announcement like this we soon see a fall in the share price...it appears to be holding up well at the moment but care should be taken ...watch for any signs of a sell down
