The announcements are pretty clear. From ASX release 19/10/2017:
"We look forward to further productive discussions at the end of October with Wanbao and RPM Global, and for the completion of the PFS on time by the end of December."
Not sure how this could be misinterpreted. In any case, the onus is on investors to clarify with management any points they're not clear on.
"HAV could have added when the PFS would be made public. The SP fell heavily yesterday and I think it is because of no report."
It's quite unusual for a company to make an announcement as to when exactly they're going to make an announcement.
Even if they had it, it would be a strategic mistake to release on the first day of the trading year. Everyone's still on holiday. And volumes are far too low to infer anything.
