What I liked about the segment was that it was about a new building in the city for over 600 government employees.....Gunner just happened to mention Inpex slowing down but was excited about the Mt Peake project and a potential Refinery in Darwin.
I'd say the Mt Peake project is a given and the Darwin Refinery yet to be approved.
But hey, government have already given the land to TNG at East Arm....just a matter of time now.
