Centro environmental approval

This is a topic that all holders should be discussing because if the company don't get their approval back then Centro is dead or delayed for many, many years. I can't find out much about this on line so perhaps those who are more familiar with the history of the mine will assist. I (think I) know they had the licence and it was appealed and they lost it. I'm not sure why?.
