    From Stainless Steel News and Nickel Prices-

    "Rumors flying that someone may be getting ready to make a play for Australian Allegiance Mining, which is scheduled to start producing nickel from its Avebury mine in Tasmania next year. If someone makes an offer, we could always see the action give the bulls a little more confidence and take nickel trading higher."
