Not sure what this has to do with the price of precious metals.
Anyway, from my understanding and what I have read within the legal sphere;
The USA Department of Defence have full jurisdiction over the intelligence agencies. They can go in and put the whole building on lock down if they wish. They can just walk in and take whatever they like whenever they feel like it, and there wouldn't be much the intelligence agencies could do about it according to the law.
I should state that I am not a lawyer, I just read through some legal statements somewhere.
Not sure where the UN come into this though?
