You never know. There are plenty of cunning sods who are willing to use any tactics to make money in all these stocks. Unfortunately they're not all straight-up-and-down punters like most of us who post on HC. But anyway, if it was as you suggest then they didn't manage to squeeze too many out, and in fact, the SP held up well after a significant rise this week.
