aos sign letter of intent

Any views on AOS announcement that it sign a letter of intent with K-One industries (singapore based company)

*AOS will receive AUD$5 million in Cash.

*$13 million in shares in a new listed company.

Total value if the deal go a head is valued at 18M (that depends on $13M in shares in the new company)

Any views on AOS, investors I guess have sold out with good reason after the long trading halt.

Market capital around $6M and if this deal go ahead (still need share holders approval)it seem there might be value and I been holding for a while.
