If I was Orion CEO/MD, I will put BLK into Administration and swallow BLK at bargain price on 1 or 2 cents or nearby.
BLK is not making profit and highly unlikely will make any profit, They are hiding AISC costs from public means BLK is not profitable at all.

As far as management subscribing to share comes, well well, Draw Massive Salary from Company at other shareholder expense and subscribe to share. End of the they Management has nothing to loose but Win Win. Only Mum & Dad looses.
