FYI, as of today, CUS has turned over 279 mill shares since the April raising, which represents 49.8% of the new issues raised.
As a rule of thumb, I usually wait till the company has turned over 20% of its newly issued stock before jumping in, but have 50% turnover and no share price change is highly unusual.
