Arthur Andersen handed in their CPA audit licence to practice to the SEC on 31 August 2002 following the Enron debacle.
On another note, I hear from friends that audit hackwork, these days, are being exported/outsourced to auditors in India in the interest of cutting cost. Wonder if that is true?
