I've always thought your posts to be considered and objective but it seems you have been gripped by a sense of panic as well.
Personally this scenario involving the 2 deals has a touch of the Noveda and Zentri situations for mine. Cap raise followed by early disclosure of discussions followed by Dave stating he was confident of getting deals done followed ultimately by both falling over. I eagerly await confirmation that this theory is ridiculous as it sounds. I suspect 1 of the 2 will fall over. Just my thoughts. No expecting any news prior to the 4c later this month.
The use of the word 'immiment' does not match up with an 8-10 week timeframe in my book. Perhaps a smarter choice of words in future wouldn't go astray.
