Why wouldn’t the ‘contestants’ of the asset have done it over the many years where there was no interest, or when these interested parities so called ‘lawyers’ failed it in a presumed due dilligence... the company was on its knees, why wait until a multi-billion dollar Chinese company spent $50mil + before challenging. You don’t think the Chinese will have done their DD, won’t spend millions in court (if the actually had too).
