As you only get paid once the work is done and invoices lodged and paid I doubt if we will get much more than the $2.7 million foreshadowed for the second quarter. I went to the AGM and the drinks the night before. The company was in no hurry to lodge the invoice for the large China contract from what I was told. However, Robert said at the AGM he would be keen to be at break even for the half yearly accounts. That suggests they will lodge as many invoices as possible by year end so they would at least be in receivables, as that determines accounting profits/losses. Cash flow may not be much more than suggested, but what receivables are and any new contracts will be the (hopefully) bull points. My understanding was the second $5 million China contract depends on success or completion (not sure which) of the first $5 million. So an update on that project, where I got the impression there may have been some delays due to weather, is important.
