What type of lab is this - narcotics? Seriously extending it by 1 month when initially it was to take 3 weeks. That is incompetence by either the lab or the md. Lke is my standard - if they deliver on time the lab certification narrative will be dubious at best. Does the lab clos for a month? 1 week? Why not extend by a week?
