That's right they have to get the sp up nearly 80% before they are in the money whereas here at KNL just a few pips sees them in the money Does it not seem wrong to you guys?

You guys have even said management has made errors in the last year and a half yet has management not taken this into consideration when asking for more 15 cent options?

Imo the KNL directors should have set the price at 30 cents, not what the sp is hovering around now. How is this fair to the shareholders? You have suffered for three years yet the directors who are getting nice salaries are now getting between 1 or 2 million shares each at a low conversion price. Surely these are not performance based?

Surprised no holders wanted a go at these questions. It's as if you have all conceded defeat. You guys should be asking directors why the went with such a low strike price.

Price was 17 cents. You have has an avalanche of news since then. Price now 15 cents.

Now you can't blame the Tanz gov as this was 7 months before the law changes.
