Considering 'minority' share holders of CAD actually make up 80% of the total shares, we should really look to go in another direction regarding our BOD if this situation isn't resolved adequately. I'm all for giving Jonothon a chance but ideally I would like to place someone in there that has no relationship in any form with Keith or companies he directed in.
