Zeb, well put....indeed we SH hope for nirvana with NP rising..commencement of production etc and are replete with enthusiastic optimism......but timing is everything....and hopefully all the ducks shall line up.....having waited for 10+ years I am happy to wait for things to align....patience shall be rewarded.....cool heads shall prevail...cheers W
