You can't take water (spent hydrogen), turn it Into hydrogen (with no energy Expenditure), burn it creating water and power again. That's a perpetual energy machine if it gets out more power than you put in. As I said you turn water to hydrogen BUT IT TAKES MORE THAN YOU GET OUT OF IT. Which means you could just put the energy directly into an electric motor.
