Yeah, why wouldn't he ? Shows some degree of planning, which I see as a good sign. Sophisticated investors, existing holders.... what's not to like ? These people possibly know more than us plebs, so I'm happy to tag along. An extra $5 million in cash to play with, if converted @$16.71 is roughly 300,000 shares. Since there are already 27 million on issue, this is a very small dilution.
