Fantastic start to 2018 for ROO.
This stock could be one of the top IPOs as it has the capital structure which can make it fly. 29M/61M CDI's are escrowed for a minimum of 12 months.
Sellers almost non existent as the long term money enters, it will be interesting to see how this plays next week when many funds/institutions come back to town.
