Being the experienced investor that you are, it would be fair to assume that your average on AVZO is sitting somewhere north of 5c. So you accumulated an extra million shares maintaining your cash liquidity.

I understand that individual finances and funding vary, and converting into heads now is good, given the SP appraisal.

What I do not understand is how a catastrophic event would allow holders of heads more leverage over option holders ? Wouldn't it be sudden death for all ? Head holders would rush to the exit, yet even a shell-value of 3c per share would only fetch you your exercise costs.

I am not saying that one shouldn't or needn't convert options now, but I cannot exactly follow your logic. Unless, of course, one puts in various intermediate selling orders, just in case.

Do you believe that the demise of interest in options is an omen of sorts ?

I am reasonably confident, that SP will reach markedly beyond your expectations.
