Say it long enough and repetitively and you will end up believing it. No differen to reciting the Torah or the stories of victiminsation and how the world hates you and how everyone is anti semetic or simply a terrorist and if you do long enough, shaking your head from side to side from east to west it will keep up the blood flow, stop you from benig drowsy and you will even memorise it.
Anyone who wants an argument or discussion can rip each and every statement for what is said or implied in it then rebut it on the basis of the facts as you understand them. But to take the line you have ( You can't really belive what you say) simlpy reinforces what I have said.
