I've done well with long term outlook on some specs so it's paid off. EVE has good qualities I like to take a punt with within 12 months (I prefer not to share all my profits with the tax man). Every shares I've bought has done well so far, except MUS and CMY when I first started last year, but they were minor positions and parcels. MMJ AGY AVZ WBT ASN AUZ CR8 BUD 4CE GXY GMV A2M I bought *some* of them when they were like nothing - some going back since 2014. I'm not the best at investing and got emotional sometimes but I learnt to hold on to the good ones after research and let go of the bad ones (CMY if we ever get to sell it). If I sell Eve at 4c tomorrow I'd have to split ALOT with the taxman but I don't even need the $$$ since I wouldn't know what to do with it right now, so I'll give EVE 12 months before I decide what to do with it. I've been quite fortunate with all my picks so far, and don't let daily swings affect me. Only this week has been so exciting that I've gone out of my comfort zone to share my thoughts in HC, normally I lurk and learn from others. One thing is I tend to ignore blatant ramping and watch the stock and research before I place my punt. Still I'm quite inexperienced and probably have quite an unbiased view of EVE compared to the pros here on HC. For me EVE has had time to let the dust settle so it's a good time to add more to my holdings. This takes up almost a third of my portfolio so it's a big risk and I hope I'm making the right move too So DYOR and invest with confidence, not hype or hope. All IMO only. NN
