A larger plant would be close to $1B and reduce the mine life from 20yrs to 5yrs. Not a bad idea if they plan to mine it all before cobalt free batteries or some other alternative hits the scene. However not confident they could raise the $1B that's a big ask imho most likely they will start with the smaller plant ($400m) and expand as they go.
