I saw this also and re-read the December 13 announcement. Most of the extra cost is attributable to laying the groundwork for the expansion to 5mtpa. Something about shorters gets up my nose. Here we have a very bright new industry with lots of employment and wonderful upside, and this Shorter happily takes pot shots in the name of money making. Even worse is that they are bizarrely allowed to borrow stock to do this shorting.
