An unfortunate experience with sovereign risk. Nothing is guaranteed in this regard and has really hampered things for a bit, not to mention the board squabbles.
That said, it's a low float with some big and successful backers so I'll be doubling down in the rights issue.
Last raise by some smarter money than mine was at 10c so I expect it back there sooner than later.
