Without a doubt some (and possibly most) of the recent volume can/should be attributed to the technicals.
Yes, that announcement was a month ago, but who knew about it? The market misses things all the time, and there is often a delayed reaction.
@robbo24 alerted me to HLX’s potential. The last stock he alerted me to and was this bullish on was BPL six months at ~3c (it last closed at 10c). We will be at 10c before mid-year!
