start ups are notoriously fickle, particulalry if a founder leaves and doesnt stay on the board (and I dont know if he will or wont, as I cant tell from the announcement)

I would have thought that a handover period to a new CEO might have been better to ensure EzyDVD launch - which, by the way, if you go by the announcements, is due next month?!
