cheers followme, I don't think any of the long termers doubt the resource is there, which is really why it adds to the frustration of what is going on. If the resource was dubious it would be an easy decision to just walk but fact is I think there is something big there and stuffed if I am going to leave them to it after they've played their little strategic games!
If they could just put the right people in place....
