shareholders beware

I have noticed a few people (T...y) which continue to 'talk up' certain stock, with the intention for hotcopper readers to get on board and crete demand in buy. They use words such as explode, ramp up, announcement out soon, its going to fly, and then in a flash of an eye, they then talk about 'delays' or 'next week its a certainty'.I have noticed these people move from stock to stock, trying to lift the s/p then selling for a small and certain profit.
