Wonderful to see your photo GrahamMac. I notice you have used a plastic ball valve on the nearest tank. These types of valves trap a pocket of water when in the off position. This can create problems when heavy frosts freeze the trapped water. The other tank in your photo seems to be connected with a brass gate valve, imo a safer design in frost prone locations like Canberra.
