The most important statement in this Ann to me is:
Initial mineral classification and characterization test work of Manono drill core confirms main lithia host mineral as spodumene, with low levels of iron, fluorine and phosphorous.
What it means is that they believe their product may be able to also serve the lithium hydroxide market as against the lithium carbonate market. Carbonate makes nice batteries but the best batteries are made by hydroxide as I alluded to in the past. Right now brine cannot appropriately compete in the growing hydroxide market (and hydroxide prices are higher than carbonate prices). I would also suspect with all the infrastructure/power been put around Manano that any buyer in a TO scenario or AVZ as producer may actually export hydroxide for the site (and lithium carbonate) which will reduce transport costs.
See Post #: 25812318 and Post #: 25816692 know what I am blabbering about.
