It's just a matter of which announcement and when. Will we find out more drilling has produced intersects of commercial grade cobalt sulphide, will we find out metallurgical work has produced a product for the market to sample? Maybe some institutional investors will jump aboard, or maybe a smaller company with lots of other mineral holdings in the same area will be acquired. All just guessing, no facts as yet, but that's what announcements are for right?
