I certainly wouldnt mind being more tethered to HVST performance as their prospects are more transparent as of this moment.

The anti-thesis to that is how will mmj holders be compensated. To my knowledge the deal would probably involve holders of mmj taking shares in HVST. The cross currency and cross exchange part of it is tricky as I havent seen many of such transactions happen before.
