unfortunately it appears the dow and all associated are currently on crack and seeking treatment for bipolar disorder, not too mention those already in the Betty Ford Clinic, therefore, nothing can be relied upon to come out of the US at the moment.. in fact i am finding it easier to cope by pretending I am ecstatic when the dow only drops 120pts or so instead of the more usual 300!!!!
