Director Selling

Anyone have any insight into this? The directors seem to be flipping every bonus share for immediate profit they get their hands on, not a good sign this early on; unless there's something I'm missing. The BUY line refers to registration of the exercise.

This makes me think maybe the recent price hike is more a result of HC retail pumping than anything from insiders.
Makes me worried that this may be an easily manipulated bubble by opinion leaders?
