Share dropping due to lack of market liquidity ...only sellers wishing they had taken the 51c takeover bid by hedge fund Colleseum Group ....who will now wait required time before technically allowed to make another takeover bid ....no surprise to see bid way below current price ....resulting in sufficient ownership for compulsory acquisition of leftovers.
Who's to say a "third party" isn't currently engaged for a nice off market "fee" ...soaking up now to then accept next takeover bid....which will pull price down to 30c (if you're feeling lucky).
If you must , take your next dividend and get out.
