The MD has over three years to take up the options. If he takes them up quickly and sells it would not be a good sign. If he holds knowing they will be worth many times more in that time it is a great sign. Time will tell and the market will know if he sells. The broker shares I would think will be sold for a quick profit. I don't think many brokers are in for the long term and chase a quick profit.
