Interesting info from broker... The last time the US dollar oil price (WTIS) was around $60 - SEA traded between 60c - 70c (see below). There has been a 1 for 1 capital raising diluting shareholders (that was at 13c) so todays equivalent would be 30c - 35c. End January reporting of the 4th quarter 2017 numbers demonstrating the part payment of the Vittol advance revenue facility and the end March 1st quarter 2018 numbers demonstrating the full payment of the facility might resolve any lingering debt concerns. The end January figures (reported early February) may guide the market as to the CAPEX spend for later in 2018 and its funding from cash flows or from another advance revenue facility with Vittol.
