Shut this outfit down. They are worth more as a tax loss than they will ever be worth IF they list.

These guys have obtained a nice pile of inventory that can be flogged. Why woud they list their .5B shares and watch their value collapse? Why face the listing expense when there is not even a business plan?

Finance shops don't run tin-pot little irrigation businesses - let them have their windfall and claim the tax loss.
