TRS, H1 guidance and dividends, page-5

Yeap trs used to be market darling for many years. Suddenly many articles are appearing now stating retail xmas and NY sales were very good and retailers will have strong reporting season. Also amazon occured not to be so scary as everyone thought. Apparently in new year retail is doing well already.

When it was $4 I kinda wanted $5 sp early feb before report is publised and $7 in August.
Current sp exceeded my expectation and if 5.75 holds for another 4 weeks we might hit $7 if report is decent.

Anyway as you said sentiment on trs can shift drastically and if new year is doing ok $9 can be really conservative. If it hits $10 I am taking long holiday but step by step...

Also in 2015 october trs was $10 with much poorer result and weaker balance sheet. I think we are heading for a crazy ride next 8 months.
