Back of the envelope calculation.
Resource target for 15kms 33 to 44 MT.
Conservatively say 33 MT.
Potential strike 100kms, so 33/15x 100= 220 MT total resource target on a conservative basis.
Halve that just for more conservative measure and we still have 110MT resource on an ultra conservative basis.
Minimum 550 million MC expected at $5 per MT ( peer comparison - pre-production ).
Max resource could be 44/15 x 100= 293MT so MC expected = 293 x $5 = 1,466 Million.
Average min and max MCs = (550+ 1,466)/2= $ 1,008 milion.
Which gives SP at todays shareholdings at $1.70
Say dilution of 20% with cap raisings
So expected avg SP pre production is $1.36
Of course all going as per plan, mets, etc etc
