I think most people that fear the viability of the project due to the DRC really have quite outdated views regarding what Africa is like.
Africa is a big place and civil unrest and geopolitical instability historically has never been very present anywhere near our site. The Chinese investment in many East African countries is vast and a lot greater than I think many westerners would realize, whether you consider it a positive or negative force is simply politics - But it is there and does bring stability and enhanced infrastructure, which as many have mentioned is of massive benefit for AVZ and makes a potential take-over (Far far more likely imo) however a possible JV too of great likelihood.
