pfs on scandium was done in 2016 so I would assume they will include into the DFS due shortly.
It was shortly after this when there were significant movements especially in cobalt prices that the expansion to include nickel and cobalt was introduced. Up till about this time I think that they like SCY on TSX were aiming purely at a scandium only mine. It was the spike in pricing etc that then made the addition of cobalt and nickel worth re-evaluating the project.
this addition has also stretched the project timeframes etc.
