Just received a call from CME director, as far as I could tell Witbank or a mine in the Witbank area was still very much on the cards. Time frames in Africa are slow and in hindsight he probably should not of put a 14 day time limit in the last announcement. They are hoping to have something to tell shareholders before the AGM and that if anything had gone wrong with the deal or project they would be obliged to tell the market. So another couple of weeks to wait, but all is going to plan
