The statement "The biller will acknowledge the payment as having been made that day" in the first paragraph suggests you should have applied within the announced timeframe. Good luck!

Well I Bpayed 4pm on 8th so lets hope the COMSEC website is correct.... and given there Could be scaleback, If you sold now assuming to get the full allocation and you Did not get the full allocation, youre screwed !
